A nice surprise came as a tweet on the Twitter account run by Spirit Airlines. Use the code “24OFF” to save $24 on your next round-trip flight. The discount is valid on non-refundable roundtrip bookings with fares of $79 each way or higher. Promotional code discount cannot be applied to $9 Fare Club exclusive fares. The discount is valid for flights within the US, to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

To benefit from the discount, make sure to book your ticket by July 6, 2010. The travel period is Aug 1 to Nov 7, 2010.
