2007 U.S. Airline Quality Rating Report

By Bob | Permalink | April 2nd, 2007

hawaiian.jpgWhich airline in the United States offers the highest quality service to customers? If you answered “none” you would only be partially correct. The latest Airline Quality Report is out and it shows that more passengers were bumped from plans, more flights were delayed and more bags were lost in 2006 than in 2005. Quality is going down and passenger frustrations are on the rise.

There are some airlines that are better than others. Here are the top 18 in order according to the report which is based on Transportation Department statistics. Even with all the negative headlines during its winter storm fiasco JetBlue managed to stay near the top.
