Air France might be the best way to get across the Atlantic

France air smallI’m in an international travel mood this week, so I thought I’d point out these deals from my favorite transatlantic airline: Unbelievably low fares on Air France right here.

Not only do they have great fares on certain flights, but you can actually fly Air France from the United States to almost anywhere in Europe. In some cases you have to change planes in Paris, but in other cases you can fly all the way from your home airport to your destination in Europe without having to stop.

Previously when you were comparing flights to England, you’d almost always want to go with a major US or British carrier because those were your only nonstop choices, but now Air France flies directly to London as well, and the food they serve on those planes is much better than the others too. You can get a cheap flight and then track down some last minute hotels, and have yourself a hell of a vacation without spending your last dime. You might have to pack some ramen noodles in your luggage in order to eat while you are in Europe, but at least you’ll be there, and those noodles are delicious anyway, as long as you are creative with garnishes.
