Cheap international packages are out there

There had been a lot of bad news for travelers up until recently, but the tables seem to have turned and now good deals are appearing again: Lowest International Airfares
> Economy Travel
The fine folks at Economy Travel have announced some good packages to Europe for this coming winter, with skiing holidays starting at only $885 per person including hotels for 7 nights. That’s a pretty amazing deal and I assume there are a few extra fees not included in that price, but still, this looks really encouraging after so many prices that just kept going up and up.
Some people I know have nearly given up on looking for international airline tickets because prices have nearly doubled in the last year, but with travel down the airlines seem to be having to cut prices after summer just to sell some seats. The situation in finding discount hotels hasn’t been nearly as bad, but these new package deals we are suddenly seeing might even be better. All those who said the travel industry would be shut down completely by now, it looks like you were wrong, and we are waiting for an apology.
