Don’t settle for bottom or middle travel deals

Regular readers of this column know that I try my best to sort through all the mediocre stuff to bring you just the best deals I can find. Today, Expedia has done the work for me: >Top Travel Deals at Expedia.com

That’s right, today Expedia is sharing its top travel deals with us all on the same page. But don’t think I’m going to give you some of my modest salary, Expedia!

I’m not sure I’d book a plane ticket by itself using Expedia, but I’d definitely consider their packages, and that’s what this page is filled with. You can often save quite a bit of money when you combine your airfare with a hotel stay, and here Expedia has some excellent deals in popular cities like New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. They have fairly small windows that these deals are valid for, but when you see the prices you’ll realize these are not just everyday specials.

They even have a hotel in Union Square in San Francisco for under $80 per night. People, what are you waiting for? Deals like this don’t come around but once or twice a year, and I’d hate to see you miss out on this opportunity like you did a couple months ago. I’m still not over that, in case you haven’t noticed.
