In Las Vegas they pretty much go year round, but thanks to hurricane season in the Caribbean and Florida, those places tend to get slow. You should realize though that only in August and September do you have to worry about watching for hurricanes, and even then your chances of being in one’s path are extremely small.

You can find cheap flights to Mexico in summer and cheap hotels in Cancun during the time too, but only when you book them together do you get the best deals. Only the Yucatan Peninsula area ever gets in the way of hurricanes, so book yourself to one of the Pacific beaches and you’ll be fine.
