It doesn’t have to be such a Lonely Planet

Lonelygirl15If you’ve done more than one or two trips in your life you will be pretty excited by this deal: Spend US$40 at the Lonely Planet Shop and receive free delivery and a free gift

Lonely Planet, simply put, is the best travel guidebook series in the world and if you’ve never used one this is an excellent opportunity to check them out. They are doing some sort of year-end sale, which is tempting enough, but when they add in free shipping and a free gift, this turns into a mandatory thing. Get cracking!

What is it about free gifts that hypnotize me so? And the funny thing is, I’m almost never disappointed when I finally get them. Even if it’s just a cool keychain or something I feel like a big winner when I get a free gift. I doubt this gift is worth a fortune, but I also bet it’s something decent. Lonely Planet is a great company and I don’t think they’d give away a dehydrated sponge with their logo on it, but even as I typed that I realized even that would be pretty cool for a backpacker.

Please leave it in the comments when you find out what the free gift is. I’m not eligible and I’m seriously dying to know!
