I’m not kidding! Seriously, Priceline doesn’t charge a booking fee like most of the other sites do, and their searching functions are as good or better as the more expensive sites. They started out with that whole ‘Name your own price’ thing, and you can still try that, but honestly that’s a big hassle and it’s hard to know if you are getting a great deal or not.

Nope, just use the normal search and you will almost always get the best price you can find on any site. You can get low airfare for the United States and great vacation deals as well, but they offer much more than that.

Finding cheap tickets to Europe can be challenging during summer, but with Priceline you can usually save some money while you have access to all the best flights on all the main airlines. Some people ask me about mailing themselves to Europe in a big container using FedEx, and I totally think that’s a good idea as long as you remember the air holes in the box and bring your own honey-roasted peanuts.
