United Vacations is getting creative with their package sales

By wade | Permalink | July 24th, 2008

DizzyworldI guess it’s official that the “economic downturn” has forced many people to cancel travel plans, because United Vacations is offering up some really interesting specials on their package deals right now: United Vacation Packages
We provide vacation destinations including the Caribbean, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Mexico and more.

Here’s one that includes a $100 Disney Gift Card that comes from with one of their packages to a Disney resort. That’s like they are handing you $100 right back because there is no doubt that you’d spend at least that amount anyway. The packages that special works on are already competitively priced, so these additional discounts must exist to lure more people to these places that are slower than they expected this year.

There are plenty of hotels at Disneyland and even more at Disney World, and it looks like they are very interested in having you as a guest this summer. Some people who might have been considering one of the cheap Gulf Shores Hotels might reconsider because you don’t get to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse on the Gulf Shore. Or at least if you do, it’s probably a fake one and they might try to rob you at gunpoint as well. Just go to the real Disneyland to be on the safe side.
