Your best bet for a cheap plane ticket

I’m not sure where they get that 40%-off thing, but don’t get caught up with that part of it. Priceline actually has the same tickets all the other sites have, but they charge around $5 less for each of them. Try it yourself. Try looking for the same ticket on Priceline and on another major site and chances are the other one will be $5 higher.

I really don’t think William Shatner is involved the negotiating the prices like the site suggests. Maybe he’s there one day a week or something helping out, but I think he’s on a TV show and he’s always showing up at Star Trek events so it would be unrealistic to think he’d have time to negotiate each price himself.

But then again that’s kind of the impression you get from Priceline, so there must be some truth to it. I learned a long time ago that if it’s on the internet it must be true in one sense or another.
