Airfare Deals - Travel Deals
Every day when I sit down to take a gander at the cheap ticket links that exist in this world I am almost overwhelmed by the number of places to which I want to travel. I’ve done my fair share of traveling in my lifetime, but the more I see the more I realize that there is even more to be seen.
I bring this up because today I came across some great prices on flights to Puerto Rico. It is an island that I have never really had on my travel list, but the more I read about it the more I want to see the place for myself. Puerto Rico has beautiful beaches, of course, but there is much more to see and do than just sit on the sand and soak up the sun. There is nothing wrong with that either and, really, that is the beauty of travel. You can make what you want out of it. It can be relaxing, an adventure or something in between. Somehow I think that if you visit Puerto Rico, you can get a little bit of everything.

I had the fortune of spending some time in Germany this summer for the soccer World Cup and I absolutely loved the place. One of the coolest cities I visited was Hamburg. It is located on one of the busiest harbors in Europe and is one of Germany’s wealthiest cities. While the downtown area is lovely and there are some stunning parks throughout the city, no trip to Hamburg is complete without a visit to its Red Light District. The seedy part of town is actually not that seedy. It claims to be the safest district in the city and given the number of police I saw milling around there I can understand why. It is worth a look even if you are appalled by that sort of thing.
Travelocity is offering up some really cheap flights from New York to Hamburg, starting at just $249. With the money you save, you’ll be able to deal with the fact that the dollar sucks against the euro these days. Germany is expensive but it is worth a trip and Hamburg is as good a place as any to start your adventure.
Tickets must be purchased by October 15, 2006 and outbound travel is valid October 29 through December 13, 2006. You can always find the best deals on flights to Germany and elsewhere right here.
