Now that all the Spring Break partying is over and the college kids have gone home to chug beer in their dorms, Cancun is the place to go for bargain travelers or for those looking to get a head start on their summer tans. Like any other popular tourist destination, Cancun is not perfect. In fact, it can be downright cheesy. But cheesy can be a good thing. Sometimes you need to go to the museum. Sometimes you need to watch an Adam Sandler movie. Cancun is a Sandler movie.
Back when I was in college the first thing I did each year was finalize my Spring Break plans. Forget figuring out my class schedule, never mind paying for textbooks, it was that delightful time off in the spring that was always my top priority.
