Budget Airlines that Fly to Mexico
When Mexico was dealing with one bad news story after another, it seemed like the entire country was on sale for travelers. In some cases, it might have even felt like they were paying you to come visit. You may still be able to find great deals on flights to Mexico at certain times of year due to less-than-ideal weather or some other bit of bad press, but one way to increase your chances of finding cheap fares to Mexico is by making sure you’re including the budget airlines that fly to Mexico in your search.
Like most other countries, Mexico has a host of smaller “no frills” airlines serving airports throughout the country in addition to the big airlines with more familiar names. Some of them are technically “regional” airlines, in that they serve only a few cities in one particular part of Mexico, and not all of them cross the border into the United States. But some of the discount airlines in Mexico do serve some cities in the United States, so if you’re planning a Mexican vacation they’re definitely the airlines you should be looking at.

If you are one of those people who likes to plan ahead, you are probably already starting to think about your fall and winter travel plans for this year. Summer may just be heating up, but it is definitely not too early to be planning where you’ll be headed when the cold weather returns and the holidays are back upon us. If you know that summer is never long enough (like me), thinking about booking that beach vacation for this fall may be the perfect way to deal with the cooler temperatures. Sizzling hot prices on summer travel
Most savvy travelers know that summer is rarely the ideal time to pack up and hot the road. With school out, summer is often the busiest and most expensive time of year to getaway. Summer time airfares = high prices. Then the recession came along and threw all the usual travel rules and pricing straight out the window. In fact, struggling economies have meant for some truly awesome deals on summer vacations. In fact, traveling this summer is cheaper than off-season travel prices many years. United Vacation Packages
We provide vacation destinations including the Caribbean, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Mexico and more.
Incredible savings in Mexico right now
Nothing quite matches the euphoria of when you finally hit that “book now” button after deciding to make travel plans. I will say, however, that better than the euphoria of finally booking that trip is getting a $200 refund check after you hit that “book now” button. If you’ve spent any time lately checking out some of the amazing travel deals out there, you know that the travel industry is struggling to get people to book those summer trips this year. In an effort to attract attention and encourage folks to still hit the road, airlines and hotels are continually trying to one up one another with better and better travel offers (like this one on United). Enjoy the great outdoors with free nights & more! Book by 6/15.
Puerto Vallarta clearance sale
I’ll admit I’m one of those girls who sees the words “Clearance sale” and my heart beats just a little faster. This is probably because I love shoes and I love a great deal. Now, since I love travel even more than I love shoes, it is probably no surprise that when I see the words clearance next to travel I get real excited. Puerto Vallarta Clearance Sale!
3-night all-inclusive Mexico vacations starting from $459! Book by 4/19.
It is a good time to pick up a cheap ticket to Mexico
Forget about going to Mexico during your winter break or during spring break. The cheapest time to head south of the border is right now. Prices on flights to Mexico are about as cheap as they will be all year. In this case, it certainly pays to travel to a hot place during the hottest time of the year.
Mexico is, of course, a rather large country with no shortage of interesting places to visit. The cheapest airplane deals, unsurprisingly, are on flights to those popular resort towns like Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco. One option that is taken by those who follow the road less traveled is to fly into Merida. It is the capital of Yucatan, the part of Mexico at the bottom of the map that is curled up like one of those worms in the bottom of a bottle of tequila.
Merida is a historic city that was founded by the Spanish in 1542. It is called the “White City” because that is the color of most of its buildings and because it is one of the cleanest cities in all of Mexico. It is the perfect place to base yourself while you explore the Yucatan peninsula, an interesting and pretty part of Mexico.
