Amazing Australia Airfare
Today’s Cheap Travel Links post is brought to you by the letter ‘A’.
- A is for Australia, a continent-sized country that is renowned for its one of a kind geography and wildlife. It is a vast land that is home to beautiful cities like Sydney and Melbourne, while also laying claim to the world’s largest natural reef and the outback.
- A is for airfare. Unless you are the seafaring type you are going to need to fly Down Under. This is no easy task for most of us. Australia is a long way from just about everywhere and as a result ticket prices are usually in the four figures.
- A is for awesome. That is the only word to describe the current deal on flights to Australia found through United. We’re talking roughly $700 from Los Angeles to Sydney. It doesn’t get much lower than that.
- A is for act now. The deal only lasts until August 31, 2007. If you don’t take advantage of it you might experience another ‘A’ the next time you book Australia airfare – Anguish.
Awesome Aussie Airfare
There are some that say in the land down under the women glow and the men plunder. That is a scary proposition, but is it really true? There is only one way to find out. Go to Australia and see for yourself. While you are there you can check out the Great Barrier Reef, tour around the fabulous cities of Sydney and Melbourne, wander the outback where you will only have kangaroos to keep you company, and try your best to not get the Men at Work song stuck in your head. Good luck with that.
Australia is a dream destination for many of us and really the only thing that prevents even more people from visiting it is the distance and cost involved with the travel. We can’t do anything to make that 14-hour flight any shorter, but at least you won’t have to spend the whole time thinking about the thousands you spent on an airline ticket. Not with deals like the ones currently found on United. They’ll fly you to Australia and back faster than you can say
Buying bread from a man in Brussels
He was six foot four and full of muscles
I said, “Do you speak-a my language?”
He just smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich
Soon you’ll be able to Watch your iPod videos on a plane
Here’s some good news for those of you who have the white headphones from your iPod permanently attached to your ears. Apple Computers has reached an agreement with Air France, Continental, Delta, Emirates, KLM and United to allow you to hook your iPod into their in-flight entertainment systems. Instead of watching whatever horrible movie that is being shown on your flight, you can crank up that Paris Hilton sex tape you so adore from your iPod and watch it on the seat-back display in front of you. Now if only iPod’s could cook good food traveling would never be the same!
