Northwest Airlines is asking some questions of their frequent flyers. Having just flown them this weekend, I had a few suggestions. I think it’s good they’re looking for feedback, but even their survey could have used some work – there wasn’t an option for ‘don’t know/don’t use’ so I’m giving my opinion on items I don’t even know about. Opps.
