Cheap Prices on Flights to Moscow Should Warm you Up

russia_cold-1.jpgMark Twain famously once quipped that the coldest winter he ever experienced was a summer in San Francisco. Mr. Twain must not have gone to Moscow in February.

There is no denying that the Russian capital is a cold, dark and cold place during the winter months. If you aren’t careful, you’re spit will freeze in midair and you’ll spend most of your time walking around with an icicle hanging from your mouth. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, there is nothing attractive about frozen snot.

There is something attractive about Moscow, regardless of the time of year. The place is booming with new money and new ideas changing some sections of the city overnight. There is still plenty of grime and crime to make one feel nostalgic for the old days, but after you drop a few hundred dollars at one of the fancy new nightclubs you’ll think that you are in New York. Only you won’t be able to feel your toes while you wait for a cab.

Scandinavian Airlines is the place to go for the best deals on flights to Moscow this winter. Who knows, maybe you’ll fall in love with the place and want to stay for awhile and teach English abroad.
