When I was 17, I disobeyed my parents and drove to Vegas with my three best girlfriends—all armed with fake id’s, tickets to a Mariah Carey concert and a determination to have as much fun as possible. However, my parents found me out and I returned to punishment of epic proportions that made a lot of the remaining summer before I left for college absolute hell. Was it worth it? Hell yes.
